Customer Service

Ordering:

Payments: We accept credit/debit card payments only (VISA, Mastercard American Express and Discover).

Order Processing: We download your orders every day except weekends and holidays. We keep an inventory that covers approximately 95% of our catalog. Therefore most orders are fulfilled within the next business day.

Out of stock items: When your order is downloaded from the store, we immediately check our stock to ensure your order can be processed. Where your item is not in stock, we will immediately order your item from one of our suppliers. If our suppliers cannot deliver your item to us within 2 business days, we will contact you to offer you the option of cancelling your order, ordering a substitute part, or to obtain your approval to wait for the part. We will have an estimated date when we contact you.

Cancellations: Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that it can be cancelled. To cancel an order, you must send us an email admin@vacuumpartscatalog.com  to request a cancellation. If the order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to cancel the order before it has been shipped. If we are unable to cancel your order before it has shipped, your order will not be canceled. However, you will be able to return your order. Please see our return policy below for instructions on how to return an item or order.

Shipping

Shipping Method: Our Default shipping system is United States Postal Service. Packages up to 13oz. are shipped First Class Mail. Items over 13 ounces are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Only in continental USA.

Tracking Numbers: Tracking Numbers are obtained for every shipped order. We email these tracking numbers to you upon shipping. Because we email the tracking numbers immediately upon shipping, USPS may not have these numbers entered in their systems at the time we send you the email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking numbers to be activated and working.

Incorrect Addresses: We expect that our customers know where to ship their goods, but we recognize that sometimes, you will make a mistake. In order to help you correct mistakes, we send you an email when your order is downloaded and approved. It shows the shipping address, and provides a link for you to correct that address. If the address you give us is incorrect or incomplete in any way, you should notify us of the mistake right away, so that we can use the correct address on the shipping label. If the item has already shipped, we cannot take responsibility for your error, and no refund or credit will be given. We will attempt to contact the unintended recipient, and make arrangements for delivery to your correct address, at your expense.

Delivery Times: You should receive your order within a week via USPS First Class Mail (up to 13 oz. packages) or Priority Mail. If you have not received your shipment on the eight day after you placed an order please contact us by email or telephone. 

Shipping Charges

No sales tax outside of New York State. 

Return Policy

You can not return motors, switches, cords, light bulbs, belts, rollerbrushes, and filters once you have installed them.

Open packages of bags, belts or similar items will not be accepted for return either.

You need an RMA ( return merchandise authorization)

Important:

   All returns must be in pristine, new condition, suitable for resale as a new item.

   All returned packages must be returned unopened in the original packaging.

   All returns (including packages) must be returned unused and uninstalled.

   All All returns will be inspected for compliance with our return policies and conditions.

When returned items do not comply with our return policy/conditions, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be contacted to arrange for disposition of the returned item.

Due To Your Error: Subject to the restrictions below, we will gladly accept these parts in return and will be glad to assist you in obtaining the correct replacement part.  We will deduct our actual cost of shipping from your refund.  We will also, at our discretion, charge a restocking fee of 20% per returned part, or $10.00 per order.  We reserve the right to waive or reduce the restocking and/or shipping fees if you re-order the correct replacement part from us.

Due To Our Error: You will not be penalized in any way for our mistakes.  Upon return of the part, we will refund your purchase price and return shipping cost.  We recommend that you return the item with a carrier that will document your cost of return shipment on the package itself for an efficient and accurate refund of your return shipment costs.  If we cannot determine this information from the packaging, we will do a cost analysis by the weight of the returned item and refund the shipping rate up to $9.95

Return Fees: We will deduct our actual cost of shipping from your refund.  PLUS, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% per part or $10.00 per order, whichever is greater.  All return fees are waived if the problem arose from our mistake.

Refused Shipments: We will issue a partial refund for any shipments that are refused and returned to us.  We will, at our discretion, charge a restocking fee up to 20% or $10.00, plus double our actual cost of shipping. In most cases, our actual shipping costs will exceed the amount we have charged you

Typographical Errors:

We have made every effort to display captions/pricing of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible.  In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right , at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.  In the event that an item is mis-priced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Warranty Policy:

Parts Warranties:  We do not offer warranties of any kind on any of the parts we sell.  The manufacturers and distributors of these parts do not offer any warranties of any kind for any of the parts we sell.  The reason for this BLANKET NO WARRANTY POLICY is because frequently an improper installation of the part will lead to failure of the part.  Because we cannot monitor or control the quality of the service that involves the parts we sell, we offer no warranties, whatsoever.  We do not provide tech support.  For that you should contact the manufacturer’s customer services.
